Web apps, portals, and websites

We build web solutions around your business needs: internal systems and account portals, customer portals, and websites tuned for search and conversion. We design the architecture for growth, not just for the handover date.

The problem we solve

A template website or a portal "on a site builder" hits its ceiling fast: it doesn't scale, it doesn't integrate, it doesn't bring in leads. Reworking it costs more than doing it right the first time. We build around your real task and load — and we show you a prototype for free.

What's included

Web apps and SaaS portals. Customer and partner portals. Websites and landing pages tuned for search and conversion (SSR, speed, markup). Integrations with accounting systems and payments. Maintenance and ongoing development.

Why not "a site on a builder"

A site builder is great for a simple storefront — and we'll tell you honestly if that's all you need. But the moment you need logic, user roles, integrations with your systems, or real load, the builder hits its ceiling: you can't scale it properly, tie it into your accounting, or get it to the speed you need. Then you have to rebuild from scratch, and that costs more than doing it right the first time. We build around your real task and growth, not around a pretty template you'll have to throw away in a year.

Technologies

TypeScript, modern SSR frameworks, PostgreSQL; SEO hygiene and performance by default. Server and client sides — by one team. (see the matrix: Services)

Payment model

By the "10% Path": the task assessment, concept, and a working prototype are on us; the first working product (MVP) is 10% of the agreed estimate; then stage by stage. Details — how we work.

What drives conversion and speed in a web project (artifact)

The checklist we design a web solution against, so it brings in leads rather than just loading:

  • Server-side rendering (SSR) — the page arrives ready: it opens faster and is indexed correctly by search and AI systems.
  • Load speed — image optimization, minimal excess code; a slow site loses visitors before the first screen.
  • One clear next step — a single obvious target action on every page, not five equal buttons.
  • Matching expectation (scent) — the page headline matches whatever brought the visitor there (the ad, the link).
  • Forms by the 3–5 field rule — the shorter the form, the higher the completion rate; we ask for the rest later.
  • Correct markup (Schema) — hygiene for search and extractability, built in from the start.

A typical scenario (illustration, not a real client)

A company has a website on a builder and separate bookkeeping in Excel — the two aren't connected, and leads from the site are copied over by hand. Here's how we usually handle it: a free assessment → a concept for a web portal tied into the accounting → a prototype → an MVP where a lead from the site lands in the system right away. The goal is for the site to work for the business, not to be a separate pretty storefront. A close task for retail is to get out of Excel.

What you get at the end

A working web solution, the source code and the rights to it, correct SEO markup, and documentation. A site that's indexed, opens fast, and is connected to your systems. No lock-in to us.

FAQ

  • Will you build both the site and the system behind it? Yes — front and back by one team, with no "front vs. back" contractor war.
  • Will the site be tuned for search and AI systems? Yes: SSR, speed, and correct markup — the baseline hygiene for indexing and extractability is included from the start.
  • I have a site and need it tied into my accounting — can you help? Yes, integrating a site with accounting systems and payments is a typical task.
  • Payment? The 10% Path: concept and prototype free, MVP at 10% of the estimate.
