Privacy Policy

The data controller is viasoft (Baku, Azerbaijan; hereinafter "we"). Full legal details are provided in the contract and on request. For data-processing matters: info@viasoft.az.

We collect only the data you give us yourself when you get in touch:

• name — to address you;
• email — to reply to your request;
• phone number — if you message us on WhatsApp or provide it yourself;
• task description and (optionally) budget range — to prepare an assessment;
• source ("how you heard about us") — to evaluate our channels.

We do not collect payment data through the site and do not request sensitive categories of personal data. The site uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies; to count visits we may use anonymized, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not identify you as a person.

For one purpose only — to handle your request: reply by email, clarify the task, and prepare a free assessment. We do not use your data for mailings without separate consent and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where directly required by law. Technical contractors that the data passes through process it only to the extent needed to deliver the service: site hosting and delivery (Cloudflare), the email service behind info@viasoft.az, and the WhatsApp messenger (if you chose that channel yourself — WhatsApp/Meta terms also apply to it).

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, but no longer than 24 months after our last contact, after which we delete or anonymize it. If we sign a contract, the data is kept as part of the contractual documentation for the periods set by law.

Access to requests is limited to staff who need it for their work; data sent through the site is protected by channel encryption (HTTPS). Our full infrastructure security approach is described under cybersecurity.

You may request what data of yours we hold, correct it, or ask for its deletion. To do so, write to info@viasoft.az — we will respond within the period set by law.

By submitting a form on the site, you confirm your consent to the processing of the stated data for the purposes described here. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@viasoft.az.
