Business intelligence: not installing software, but digitizing management

You already have the data — in accounting, in inventory, in sales. What's missing is the management picture: the owner can't see margin by product in real time, doesn't know where money is frozen, and makes decisions on intuition while a report takes days to assemble by hand. We close exactly that gap: first we analyze your business processes, then build analytics on top of unified data — dashboards for margin, cash flow and forecasts. This isn't about "one more program." It's about decisions resting on numbers, not on gut feel.

The problem we solve

A familiar picture: sales grow, but there's no money in the account — and it's unclear why. One product drags the whole margin down, but you can't see it behind the totals. The warehouse is full of dead stock while the fast-movers run out. A report for a decision takes half a day, and by the time it's ready it's already stale. Decisions are made blind — because the data exists but is scattered and mute. The bigger the business, the costlier each "by eye" call. We turn scattered data into one management panel you can lean on.

What we do — step by step

  1. We analyze the processes (a 1-day express audit). In one working day we show a map of your processes and 3 bottlenecks that burn money — concretely, on your data, not an abstract "audit."
  2. We bring data into one source of truth. If data is scattered across spreadsheets and programs, we consolidate it into one database (this is part of ERP implementation); if a single system already exists, we build analytics right on top of it.
  3. We build management dashboards. Margin by product and customer, cash flow, inventory turnover, the sales funnel — in real time, on one screen, on the owner's phone.
  4. We add forecasts. Cash-gap forecast, demand seasonality, what's running out in the warehouse — on top of your own data. Where it fits — with private AI that answers questions in natural language and never lets the data leave.

How this differs from "just buy Power BI"

A BI-tool license by itself doesn't give a management picture — it gives a blank canvas someone has to fill with meaning. We don't sell a license, we sell the result: analyzed processes and ready dashboards for your decisions. We build on what already works for you: the built-in dashboards and reports of your system (if it's ERPNext/ERP), and where deeper insight is needed — on open-source BI (for example, Metabase or Apache Superset) — on your data, with no per-user cloud subscriptions. The data stays with you, including on a server in Azerbaijan if regulation requires it.

How this connects to our other services (so nothing gets confused)

  • ERP implementation gives a single clean database — the foundation, without which analytics count garbage. BI is the layer on top.
  • Private AI is the engine for forecasts and an assistant over the data; BI shows, AI explains and predicts.
  • Business intelligence (this service) is what ties them into "digitizing management": processes → data → dashboards → decisions. If you already have a system and need only dashboards, we start straight with the analytics layer. If the data is chaos, we put it in order first. Which door is yours — we determine at a free assessment.

"Express audit in 1 day" — where we start (artifact)

This is our entry review and lead magnet: in one working day — a map of your processes "as is" + three bottlenecks where money or time leak out, and an estimate of what putting things in order would give. Tangible and with no commitment: you decide what's next.

Who it's for — and who it isn't

It's a fit when the business has grown, there's a lot of data, but no management picture: the owner can't see real margin, decisions are made on intuition, reports are assembled by hand. Especially for retail and distribution (margin and turnover), manufacturing (cost of goods), any business with several locations.

When you honestly don't need it: if the business is small and you keep all the numbers in your head anyway — a separate BI layer is overkill, and we'll tell you so outright. At the assessment we calculate whether analytics pays off in your case.

Typical scenario (illustration, not a real client)

A distributor: sales in one program, inventory in another, money in a third. The owner can't tell which SKUs are loss-making or why the cash gaps happen. How we usually solve it: a 1-day express audit → a process map and bottlenecks → consolidating data into one database → a margin dashboard by SKU and customer + turnover → a cash-gap forecast a month ahead. The goal — decisions by numbers in real time, before the quarter even closes.

FAQ

  • How is business intelligence different from ERP implementation? ERP gives a single database, BI gives the management picture on top of it. They often go together, but if you already have a system, we build only the analytics layer.
  • Do I need to buy an expensive BI tool? No. We build on your system's built-in dashboards and on open-source BI — with no per-user subscriptions. You pay for the setup tailored to your decisions, not for a license.
  • Will the data go to someone else's cloud? No — we keep the analytics and the AI layer on your facilities, on a server in Azerbaijan if needed. That matters for finance, telecom and the public sector.
  • What do I get from the 1-day audit? A map of your processes and 3 concrete bottlenecks where money or time is lost, plus an estimate of the effect of fixing them. With no obligation to continue.
